According to numerous reports, Ousmane Dembélé was issued with an ultimatum by his club, Barcelona. The Catalans told the French International that he must show improvement in his attitude, or run the risk of being dropped from the squad. The situation could even lead to the youngster being sold in the summer transfer window if it isn’t resolved. Luis Suarez was asked about his team-mate and said,
“I think being a footballer is a privilege. I think he should focus on football, and take inspiration from the exemplary professionals in the Barcelona dressing room.”

These rumours seem to be a regular occurrence when it comes to this player. He’s known to have a bad attitude, so I think Liverpool should steer clear of this signing. The reported €100 million asking price will be enough to put most clubs off anyway.
Next up is the ridiculous speculation about Fabinho being unhappy at Liverpool, and that the club is willing to cash in on him after only six months. Even his wife thought the rumours were outrageous, to say the least. Rebecca Tavares weighed in on the suggestions of her husband’s departure in the form of a GIF on Twitter:

I’m going to put this rumour to bed straight away. There’s not a chance that Liverpool will sell Fabinho in the January window or any time soon for that matter.
Liverpool have been scouting young Brazilian midfielder Bruno Roberto (‘Bruninho’) of Atletico Mineiro according to the Daily Mail. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has made 5 appearances from the bench this season for the Brazilian Sèrie A side, and his performances haven’t gone unnoticed as numerous Premier League clubs have been alerted to his talent. He’s still young, so he’d be considered more for the youth set-up than the first team at this time.
This player looks a decent prospect, plus we could try to get him on the cheap and nurture his talent. Let’s hope we’re in the race to sign him.
Here’s another player linked with Liverpool in recent times. The Serbian international has hit the ground running while on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt from Benfica. His displays have even caught the attention of some of Europe’s giants including Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and of course, Liverpool. Recent reports suggest that the Reds have distanced themselves from a move, but with Dominic Solanke needing some games on loan and Rhian Brewster still some time away from fitness, it would make sense to go in for Jovic. The 20-year-old has already scored nine goals and two assists so far this season in the Bundesliga, which makes him the league’s top goalscorer ahead of the likes of former Liverpool targets Marco Reus, Robert Lewandowski, and Timo Werner. The striker also became the youngest player ever to score five goals in a Bundesliga game.
This player is a poacher and would suit our style of play. At only 20 years of age, he’s plenty of years ahead of him, and Liverpool are short up-front in terms of a top-class rotational striker. If Bobby Firmino were to get injured, we’d have to depend on Daniel Sturridge, so if this player’s available, then why not?
