Bobby Duncan on verge of Fiorentina move

Liverpool have apparently agreed to part ways with Bobby Duncan, who is now set to join Fiorentina for €2 million plus 20% of any fee for his next potential move.

It appears that the 18-year-old has truly lost his patience and is willing to accept playing for a mid-table Italian side, rather than wait for a first-team opportunity with the Champions League holders.

The fee Liverpool are set to receive amounts to 10 times that which they paid to sign him from Manchester City last year. For an 18-year-old player without a single competitive first-team appearance, it seems like a very good deal for the club, be it Steven Gerrard’s cousin or not.
